We switched internet providers to Gigaclear in December 2024, but unfortunately, we faced connectivity issues with the new Gigaclear nodes.

Thankfully, Rob from Oxford IT Solutions came to our rescue! He promptly identified the issues, fixed a problem with one of the wired connections, and resolved the issues with the Gigaclear nodes. Rob also made incredible improvements to our current setup, and now everything is working flawlessly. I only wish I had called him in January!

I was really impressed with the service. I had a remote session to fix some Microsoft account issues I was having. My only regret is that I didn't phone them sooner instead of trying to fix it myself. They sorted my problem in under and hour.

I choose Oxford IT having seen them recommended on my neighbourhood WhatsApp group. I would happily recommend them again as good value for money, and offering good customer service and most importantly experienced and efficient IT technicians.

We would highly recommend that every business has the support of such a great IT support team. We have only been working with Oxford IT for a short period but the level of service they have provided in that time has been nothing but 5 star.

Ollie arrived promptly and dealt with my problem (with my printer/computer connection) quickly and efficiently; he also sorted out another problem this time with my e-reader. He wasn't here very long but he got rid of my problems expeditiously and I was impressed. I also liked the price charged as it was rather less than some other companies were quoting for what was essentially a simple job if you knew what you were doing. If I have any further problems with my computer etc. I know exactly where I shall go as my first port of call - back to Oxford IT Solutions.

Outstanding service from Oxford IT! Rob and the team have collated all our different services and put them under one roof, even tracked down our website that had been out in the ether. He helped move us onto Microsoft exchange saving us a substantial amount a year and even helped us to get it for free as we are a charity! (previous supplier wanted to charge us per licence)

Really pleased with Oxford IT. They came round within 2 hours of my call and fixed the problem within 1/2 hour. Friendly guy explained what he was doing all the way to detect the fault and provided cheap simple solution, I will use them again if I have a problem I can't solve myself. 7/10/22

I have now used Oxford IT a second time to replace the memory in a laptop at their offices in Kidlington. Again the service was excellent. The fault diagnosed within 10 minutes, part ordered and fixed withing 2 days at a very reasonable cost. 9/7/24

Oxford IT solutions are an excellent supplier of IT services. Recently I needed SSD drive upgrades for two of my company laptops. Rob and team responded very quickly and fitted the upgrades, hassle free. Thank you Rob!

I inherited a nearly new laptop and Oxford IT were able to reset it to factory and clear my late brother's passwords so I could add my own. I dropped the item off with them and collected from their site in Kidlington without any problems. Nice people to deal with and reasonably priced as well, I would definitely recommend.

Our laptop microphone was no longer working and we had an online course to attend. We asked Rob to look at it for us and the service was exceptional. Lots of communication from the very beginning. Unfortunately it turned out that laptop needed more work doing to it, to prevent data loss so we made the decision to get a new one. Rob sorted all this out for us and set up the new laptop all in the space of 5 days!!! Can not recommend highly enough and we will certainly be returning for all out IT needs in the future

Rob and Jenny were both incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The service was very fast, they even collect and return to your door.

It's also really helpful that they give you a quote upfront after taking a quick look.

I was in need of a new keyboard as mine had got damaged, this was replaced quick and efficiently. When this caused the battery to slip out and not work, the team was more than happy to come and collect my laptop and rectify the issue.
